Originally developed by the COSEE Council in 2009, the Strategic Business Plan outlines key goal and outcomes for the next five years for the COSEE Network.
To help achieve the goals outlined in the Strategic Business Plan, and Annual Operating Plan is developed by a Working Group and approved by the COSEE Council. The Annual Operating Plan provides an opportunity to reflect on our core mission; the work of the past year; changes in external circumstances; and challenges and opportunities for the upcoming year.
All COSEE Centers participate in various collaborative activities that are expected to have a national impact. Given the broad geographic coverage of the COSEE Network, communication and coordination among Centers is vitally important. Network Operating Policies were developed to support the cohesion and provide guidelines for all operations.
