Movie and Participation Rubric

4 - The student demonstrates a thorough understanding of the events occurring, and their meaning and purpose in the movie. The student also provides new insight into some  aspect of this information.

3 - The students displays a complete and accurate understanding of the events occurring,  and their meaning and purpose in the movie.

2 - The student views the movie, but displays an incomplete understanding of events occurring, and their meaning and purpose in the movie. Also, the student will demonstrate some notable misconceptions in regards to the film.

1 - The participation is virtually nonexistent. If present, the student will demonstrate severe misconceptions about the events occurring, and their meaning and purpose in the movie.
