2 = The student participated in some of the team
meetings.
1 = The student did not participate in the team meetings.
Development
4 = He/she contributed his or her share of the work load.
3 = He/she contributed most of his or her share of the work
load.
2 = He/she contributed some of his or her share of the work
load.
1 = He/she did not contribute to the work load.
Presentation
4 = The group member assisted in the actual presentation.
1 = The group member did not assist in the actual presentation.
II. Interpersonal Skills
Creative Contribution
4 = The student willingly contributed thoughts and ideas.
1 = The student did not contribute thoughts and ideas.
Respect for Others
4 = He/she always accepted the thoughts and ideas of the other
group members.
3 = He/she often accepted the thoughts and ideas of others.
2 = He/she seldom accepted the thoughts and idea of others.
1 = He/she refused to accept the thought s and ideas of
others.
III. Team Skills
Cohesion
4 = The student consistently promoted team cohesion.
3 = The student often promoted team cohesion.
2 = The student rarely promoted team cohesion.
1 = The student never promoted team cohesion.
Cooperation
4 = The student consistently worked together with others.
3 = The student worked together with the group most of the
time.
2 = The student sometimes worked together with the group.
1 = The student did not work together with the group.
