Each
individual desk is to be designated as an individual student. Observation reporting
scores are to be written on each individual desk section, along with any additional
comments that may be necessary. Students will be assessed by the teachers consideration
in the following criteria:
Participation:
4 Student demonstrates constant participation in the activity or discussion.
3 Student partakes in most of the activity or discussion.
2 Student takes little part in the activity or discussion.
1 Student takes no part in activity or discussion.
Consideration of Others:
4 Student is considerate of other students and groups, as well as self throughout the whole activity and discussion.
3 Student is considerate of others and him/herself throughout most of the activity and discussion.
2 Student is somewhat considerate of others, as well as self during the activity and discussion.
1 Student is a danger to self or to others.
**It is important to share with the student the criteria that they will be graded on previous to the time that this rubric will be used
