Lost at Sea Story

You are in a wooden life boat and you are lost at sea. You must lighten your cargo or the boat will sink. Your goal is to eliminate those items which you do not believe will help you survive at sea. The maximum number supplies you can carry with you is 15 with a weight of 2140 lbs. Everyone in the boat must agree to discard the item else it stays. Only the Swami knows all so you may ask him/her questions, but only one person from the group may approach at a time. If the Swami does not know the answer, h/she will give the group a clue. First, each individual will decide on his/her own list. Then the group will work together to form the final list. Add up the total weight of your cargo and the Swami will tell you your fate.
